The candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales, tech-support, or consultant-related role within enterprise software. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with both technical and business counterparts on the client side. The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction. Flexibility with shift timings and willingness to travel for tech discussions are also required. The qualifications needed for this role are BE/BTech or MCA.
