Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales:
• Identify and engage with Indian corporates, MNCs, startups, and foreign investors needing ECB, FDI, or ODI advisory or compliance services.
• Pitch structured solutions and consulting offerings to clients in line with RBI/FEMA regulations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for advisory and execution mandates.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build long-term relationships with CFOs, finance heads, legal and compliance teams of client organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on inbound and outbound capital flows.
• Advisory Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal legal, regulatory, and structuring teams to propose compliant and optimized solutions for:
• ECB – raising foreign debt
• FDI – foreign equity inflows
• ODI – Indian investments in overseas JVs/WOSs
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Educate clients on RBI/FEMA compliance requirements (e.g., Form FC-GPR, Form ODI, LRN filings, etc.).
• Liaise with banks, RBI, and regulatory bodies as needed for execution support.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting:
• Stay up to date with changing RBI/FEMA regulations, international tax, and structuring trends.
• Submit sales pipeline and status reports to the leadership team
