Senior Product Manager - UPI

Responsibilities

• Build and launch the UPI experience within the Snapmint app.
• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for UPI adoption and growth.
• Work with PSPs, banks, and partners to design and implement integrations.
• Create simple, secure, and reliable payment and repayment journeys.
• Integrate Snapmint UPI in purchase and repayment journeys.
• Use data to track performance, identify gaps, and improve user conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, business, and compliance teams to ship high-quality features.
• Stay updated on NPCI developments, UPI regulations, and market innovations.
  

Requirements

• 6-8 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in payments or fintech.
• Hands-on experience building or managing a UPI app or product.
• Strong understanding of UPI flows, PSP integrations, mandates, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience driving long-term growth and engagement of UPI users.
• Analytical, execution-focused mindset with attention to detail and user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams.
