As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of innovative product strategies. With your 15+ years of experience, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, defining roadmap priorities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Requirements Gathering and Management:** - Deep understanding and experience in gathering business requirements and translating them to BRDs, FRDs, Epics, Features and User Stories. - Ability to clearly articulate the acceptance criteria. - **Product Strategy & Vision:** - Develop and communicate the overall product strategy and vision, aligned with company goals and market trends. - **Leadership:** - Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to drive successful product delivery from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. - **Roadmap Management:** - Define, prioritize, and communicate product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. - **Market Research & Competitive Analysis:** - Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge. - **Customer-Centric Focus:** - Integrate customer feedback into product designs to ensure exceptional user experiences. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure well-defined product goals and consistent progress tracking. - **UAT And Functional Testing:** - Ability to test the product and incremental builds. - Coordinate with the Business Unit for UAT facilitation and sign-offs. - **Data-Driven Decision Making:** - Utilize data and analytics to assess product performance, iterate on features, and continuously improve user experience. - **Mentorship & Development:** - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - **Go-to-Market Strategy:** - Define go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for smooth product launches. - **Risk Management:** - Anticipate and address potential risks to product delivery, performance, or user adoption with proactive mitigation strategies. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. - **Experience:** - 15+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling products. In this role, you will need to possess desired attributes such as strategic thinking, innovation-driven mindset, customer obsession, resilience, adaptability, and collaboration. Relevant experience in the Insurance domain and Industry is an added advantage.
