Seeking a Senior Product Manager with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to scale jobseeker services and drive revenue growth. Role & Responsibilities Driving Growth: Enhance engagement, retention, and monetization of jobseeker services. Scaling 0-1 Products: Take initiatives from concept to scale using data-driven decisions. Revenue & UX Balance: Innovate pricing, freemium models, and UX to maximize revenue without compromising customer journey. GenAI Integration: Use Generative AI to enhance jobseeker experiences and launch high-NPS products. Customer-Centric Execution: Understand jobseeker pain points through research and data insights. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key metrics, run experiments, and optimize funnels. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for successful launches. Key Skills & Requirements 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally with 0-1 product scaling experience . Expertise in Generative AI applications in consumer products. Strong problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach. Customer obsession – deep empathy for user pain points. Hands-on experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and SQL . Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills. Bias for action – thrives in a fast-paced environment and drives execution. Success Metrics Growth Metrics: Jobseeker engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Revenue Metrics: Subscription adoption, upsell/cross-sell impact, and monetization growth. User Experience Metrics: NPS, customer feedback, and feature adoption. Product Experimentation: A/B test success rates and data-driven iterations.
