GoKwik is a growth operating system designed to power D2C and eCommerce brands from checkout optimization and reducing Return-To-Origin (RTO), to payments, retention, and post-purchase engagement. GoKwik has been a pioneer in solving the Return-To-Origin (RTO) problem for eCommerce brands. As a Senior Product Manager for this charter, you ll be working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to build innovative AI based solutions that leverage GoKwik s core capabilities. Your work won t just impact our roadmap it will define how GoKwik continues to lead the ecosystem by solving merchant problems in new and differentiated ways.

What You ll Own

Vision Roadmap
Define product vision, strategy, and execution plan for new initiatives; align with company goals and market opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing to ship high-quality products on time.
People Leadership
Build and lead a team of Product and Program Managers.
Market Research Discovery
Conduct deep market analysis, identify gaps, and translate customer needs into scalable product opportunities.
Metrics Impact
Define success metrics, track KPIs, and drive continuous product iteration to maximize adoption and outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication
Own product narratives, share updates, and ensure leadership and partners are aligned at every milestone.

Who You Are

3 6 years of product management experience, ideally in tech-driven or fast-paced environments.
Solid experience of building ML/AI based products.
High ownership and ability to navigate ambiguous problems with complete autonomy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization.
Excellent communicator who can influence across technical and business teams.
