Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and representing user needs
• Develop and improve strategy for core product modules
• Assess the core problem that the product is solving and work on the product roadmap and lifecycle
• Defining a vision for a product and aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities Collaborate with the product owners on execution of the product pipeline
• Monitoring the market for customer feedback and developing competitive analysis

Required Experience

• 5 years of core Product Management experience preferably in a fintech company
• Proven track record of managing complex large-scale product initiatives with a focus on financial transactions and multi-asset integrations
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver seamless product experiences
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile development environment
