Senior Product Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager, located in Abroad. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of products, defining and prioritizing product features, and overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating product roadmaps, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. The role also involves organizing product performance evaluations, gathering continuous feedback, and making improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Product Management, Product Lifecycle Planning, and Strategic Product Development
• Strong background in Market Research, Customer Insights analysis, and Competitive Positioning
• Experience in Cross-Functional Team Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Agile Methodologies
• Excellent skills in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
• Understanding of Technology Trends and Business Analytics
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, on-site team environment in Vadodara
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role is an asset
