Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff to engineering.
• Translate product requirements and business goals into effective, intuitive user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and elevate the product experience.
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, etc.) to deliver production-ready assets.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand technical constraints and user needs.
• Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, UI/UX methodologies, and emerging technologies.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced product or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent product design, visual UI, and UX thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to apply them across various platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Solid grasp of responsive design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development teams is a plus.
