Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Insights: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design insights.
- Product Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications that clearly articulate design solutions.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, ensuring visual consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Simplify complex workflows and translate them into user-friendly interfaces and experiences. Apply critical thinking to balance user needs with business goals.
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution at every stage.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the overall product experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced or product-driven environment.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- UX Expertise: Strong understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards.
- Visual Design: Keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to craft designs that are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
- Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts quickly.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of explaining design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into simple, user-friendly solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in agile, iterative environments with shifting priorities and rapid deadlines.
