Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should possess strong financial analysis knowledge along with excellent English skills for effective customer communication, both written and verbal. Your ability to handle customer interactions professionally with a service-oriented attitude is crucial. You should have a reliable and precise work style, even under time pressure, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as basic technical skills. Experience in the software, hardware, or telecom industry would be advantageous for this role. Your responsibilities will include analyzing telecom usage reporting and creating profiles of telecom lines, working on activation, cancellation, and swap of connectivity lines, troubleshooting mobile network issues, and building client-facing reports to showcase telecom opportunities and savings. You will also be expected to respond to internal inquiries regarding telecom rate plan analysis and recommendations, provide high-quality customer service to clients, vendors, and internal teams, and develop and implement best practices and quality assurance methods.,
