Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd., with 6-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process implementation.
Monitor and report on process performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Process Manager in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
