Roles and Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of service quality.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in International BPO/Call Centre environment with exposure to Customer Support/Customer Service roles.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (24x7) with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing schedules.
