About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Process Coordinator (Female) with strong experience in process management, coordination, and team handling. The ideal candidate should be mature, well-organized, and capable of coordinating efficiently between Sales, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations between the Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing orders, dispatches, and client requirements.
• Supervise and guide junior staff for timely task completion.
• Maintain and update reports, trackers, and process documentation.
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in coordination or process management.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team.
• Mature, responsible, and proactive personality.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
