Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining quality standards in coordination tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor process activities on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks as per project timelines.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure process documentation is up to date.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and escalate issues in the process, offering possible solutions.
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Age: 22–35 years
• Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: 2-4 years in process coordination or similar role preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary:

• Up to ₹25,000 (in-hand) per month, depending on experience and qualifications
