Senior Process Analyst

You will be responsible for auditing and reconciling vendor invoices under supervision at Waste Management (WM), a leading provider of waste and environmental services in North America. Your role will involve reconciling and auditing exception-based invoices with accuracy and speed, keeping vendor accounts updated, resolving quality control issues, meeting productivity requirements, and resolving problem invoices urgently. Additionally, you will follow standard procedures, introduce new procedures into daily routines, and maintain professional relations with internal customers. You may also have supervisory responsibilities by coaching and mentoring less-experienced analysts and leading team projects. To qualify for this position, you should have more than 2 years of experience and be a graduate. Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, calculating figures, applying common sense reasoning, and using various computer software such as accounting software, database software, M.S. Outlook, M.S. Word, MS Excel, and M.S. PowerPoint is required. Strong problem-solving skills, team handling ability, and effective verbal and written communication are essential for this role. The work environment may involve using motor coordination, handling objects weighing less than 30 pounds occasionally, and minimal exposure to physical occupational risks or environmental elements. The pace of work is fast-paced to meet vendor expectations in an urgent environment.
