Senior Process Analyst

As a Monitoring and Assistance Specialist, your role involves monitoring sites such as convenience stores and gas stations for our end clients/customers. You will be responsible for remotely assisting employees located overseas through phone or camera communication. Your duties will include creating reports on any suspicious activities observed at the remote site or involving customers present at the site. Acting as a virtual supervisor, you will ensure the safety of overseas employees and prompt them to complete assigned tasks. Additionally, you will be in charge of generating incident videos and verifying that analyst reports meet the required standards. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor sites for end clients/customers - Assist overseas employees remotely - Create reports on suspicious activities - Act as a virtual supervisor for site safety - Generate incident videos and verify analyst reports Qualifications Required: - Graduation - 2-4 years of experience in large-scale projects - Basic computer skills - Good communication skills (English, Punjabi preferred) - Self-learner Please note that the shift timings available for this position are as follows: - Morning Shift: 7am to 4 pm (Prefer Female & Male candidate) - Evening Shift: 2pm to 11pm (Prefer Female & Male candidate) - Night Shift: 10pm to 7am (Prefer Male candidate only),
