The Senior Print Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing,
and executing original textile and surface print designs across categories
(womenswear, kidswear, menswear, etc.). The role requires a keen eye for trends,
strong digital design skills, and the ability to translate seasonal inspirations into
commercial yet creative prints that align with buyer and brand expectations.
Concept & Development
•Research global trends, forecast print directions, and create seasonal mood boards.
•Develop original all-over prints, engineered prints, graphics, and artworks in line with
brand aesthetics.
•Adapt and recolor existing artworks for multiple colorways and product categories.
•Tweak inspirations and make them in line with the brand aesthetic and buyer brief
Execution & Delivery
•Create production-ready print files with repeats, color separations, and technical
specifications.
•Ensure artwork is optimized for screen print, digital print, sublimation, embroidery, or
other techniques.
Collaboration & Communication
•Partner with the design team to align print stories with seasonal collections.
•Liaise with vendors, mills, and printers for development, feasibility, and cost
optimization.
•Support merchandisers and PD team with artworks needed for buyer presentations.
Quality & Standards
•Maintain consistency in print quality, color accuracy, and file/ folder management.
•Ensure all design files follow brand/IP guidelines and copyright compliances.
•Stay updated with new technologies, print techniques, and sustainable design
solutions.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts.
• 2-5 years of experience in print/graphic design (preferably in apparel, textiles, or
fashion).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of print techniques (rotary, screen, digital, sublimation, embroidery).
• Strong sense of color, typography, pattern, and layout.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to brand/buyer aesthetics.
• Highly organized with good time management.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving ability.
