Senior Principal Scientist (Prep. HPLC)

As an experienced candidate with 10-15 years of CRO experience and a strong background in LC-MS/HPLC/Prep. method development for NCE molecules, you will play a crucial role in this analytical team. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in various purification techniques. - Possessing a strong understanding of different HPLC column chemistries. - Utilizing your skills in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration effectively. - Leading, training, coaching, and mentoring a team of motivated young scientists. - Providing guidance and support across different shifts, including night shifts, to ensure timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team. - Working closely with motivated scientists to foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
