Job Description Qualification: Minimum 8-10 years of core Siebel experience. Worked as a Solution Architect in at least 3 large projects in the Telco industry. Served as a Siebel SME in at least 5 projects in design & development involving Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling in the Telco Industry. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall & Iterative project methodologies. Telecom industry knowledge is a must. Previous consulting experience required. Technically well-versed in Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EAI, and EIM in Siebel. Siebel upgrade experience is must Knowledge of the Open UI framework is preferable. Knowledge of UCM or Loyalty modules is an added advantage. Must be willing to travel. Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Roles & Responsibility Design and DevelopmentSound understanding of Customer Management, Siebel Order Management, Pricing & Product Modeling in the Telco Industry. Excellent technical knowledge of ABO processes, Signals, Variable Maps, DVM, RSTT, Constraints, Eligibility & Compatibility, Attribute Adjustments, Volume & Tier Discounts, Contracts, Entitlements, Customizable Products, Promotions & Promotion Groups. Siebel upgrade experience is must Good knowledge of other Siebel modules such as Trouble Tickets, Marketing Management, Lead Management, Field Service Management, etc. Demonstrate excellent issue analysis and troubleshooting skills. Adhere to Siebel configuration best practices during SDLC. Drive workshops for Requirements, Configuration, Product Walkthroughs. Participate in Solution Governance, Architecture, Designing & Estimating large-scale CRM solutions in Siebel within the Telco space. Comfortable participating in proposal preparation for prospective customers. Create functional and technical design documents for critical project areas. Review Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents, and code prepared by consultants. Rich exposure to Oracle RODOD architecture & integration with other BSS/OSS applications. Knowledgeable in the latest eTOM-based models and processes for the Telco industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with higher management at customer locations. Comfortable conducting workshops at customer locations. Guide consultants working in different functional and technical areas. Work efficiently within virtual teams with Application Engineers, QA engineers, Project Managers, and other organization members. Consult with customers on the implementation and maintenance of customized Siebel implementations. Attend and participate in team meetings. Participate in design workshops with customers on-site or remotely. Conduct custom product support training for customers as required.
