Job Description

Architecture & Solution Design
- Design end-to-end integration architecture using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) for enterprise systems.
- Define patterns, best practices, and reusable frameworks for integration (EAI, ESB, microservices).
- Select and design messaging infrastructure (e.g., JMS, EMS), adapters, and transports.
- Lead the design of SOAP/REST web services, schema (XSD), transformations (XSLT/XPath), and routing logic.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead a team of BW developers, providing guidance, reviews, and mentoring.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure reusability.
- Train client teams or junior members on TIBCO BW and integration best practices.
Development & Implementation
- Develop complex TIBCO BW processes, shared services, and modules.
- Implement business logic, error handling, logging, and transactional integration flows.
- Integrate with external systems: databases (JDBC), message brokers (EMS), file systems, legacy systems, and APIs.
Deployment & Operations
- Define deployment strategies using TIBCO Administrator, TRA (TIBCO Runtime Agent), and other TIBCO runtime.
- Work on performance tuning, clustering, high availability (HA), failover, and fault tolerance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using tools like TIBCO Hawk or Administrator.
Quality, Testing & Release
- Prepare and review design documentation (HLD/LLD), integration specification documents.
- Lead unit testing, integration testing, and support QA/UAT.
- Ensure automated deployments (CI/CD), coordinate builds and releases, and manage version control.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and project managers to gather integration requirements.
- Provide estimations, risk assessments, and technical feasibility for integration projects.
- Liaise with client stakeholders to communicate technical decisions, roadmap, and design trade-offs.
Governance & Best Practices
- Define and enforce SOA / microservices governance, naming conventions, and design principles.
- Promote reuse and standardization of integration components.
- Conduct architecture reviews, ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of integration failures.
- Define and document operational runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring s.
- Mentor on-call teams and guide incident resolution.
