Senior Pricing Specialist

The key responsibilities of this role involve working on building SaaS pricing models, maintaining a consolidated pricing calculator, and conducting pricing analytics. The team consists of 8 global associates located in the UK, USA, and India. As part of your role, you will be expected to: - Develop simple and effective SaaS pricing models in MS Excel to support the sales team during sales processes. - Manage and update the consolidated pricing calculator. - Perform regular scheduled and adhoc analyses to enhance the organization's pricing strategies. - Supervise and handle the operational aspects of pricing and packaging implementation to streamline the sales process and deliver maximum value to customers. - Familiarize yourself with various pricing methodologies such as value-based and consumption-based pricing. - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SaaS pricing. The ideal candidate for this position should possess: - A Bachelor's degree (preferably in STEM) with 4-6 years of experience in Business/Pricing Analytics, specifically in analytics and advanced spreadsheet skills, preferably in the SaaS industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating SaaS pricing models for different products. - Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders such as PMG, PD, Commercial Desk, Finance, and Industry leaders. - The ability to generate analyses that provide valuable insights rather than just data analytics. - Knowledge or experience in SaaS/Azure cloud infrastructure would be advantageous. - Self-motivation, initiative-taking abilities, and a willingness to learn and explore different aspects of pricing strategies.
