Senior Pricing Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working on building SaaS pricing models, maintaining the consolidated pricing calculator, and conducting pricing analytics. The team you will be a part of currently consists of 8 global associates across the UK, USA, and India. Key Responsibilities: - Build simple and effective SaaS pricing models in MS Excel to assist the salesforce during sales processes. - Maintain and manage the consolidated pricing calculator. - Perform regular scheduled and adhoc analysis to enhance the organization's pricing strategies. - Oversee and manage the operational aspects of pricing and packaging implementation to speed up the sales cycle and provide maximum value to customers. - Learn and implement various pricing methodologies such as value-based and consumption-based models. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS pricing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM, with 4-6 years of experience in Business/Pricing Analytics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to develop SaaS pricing models for different products. - Effective communication skills with various stakeholders including PMG, PD, Commercial Desk, Finance, and Industry leaders. - Ability to create analyses that provide insights rather than just data. - Experience or knowledge in SaaS/Azure cloud infrastructure would be advantageous. - Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to taking initiatives. - Willingness to learn and explore different facets of pricing including advanced pricing strategies and cost analysis.
