About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic PR Manager to lead and execute our global communications strategy across multiple fast-scaling companies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, media savvy, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for driving visibility in top-tier publications, managing press relationships, and ensuring our story is consistently told with impact across the UK, EU, US, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across business, culture, health, and technology sectors.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Coordinate media coverage around product launches, partnerships, and events.
• Manage crisis communications, narrative control, and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align PR campaigns with digital content and amplification strategies.
• Monitor media trends and competitor coverage, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
• Support founder positioning through interviews, panels, awards submissions, and speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven PR experience (5+ years) within agencies, startups, or relevant industries (luxury, tech, health, or culture preferred).
• Strong network of media contacts across multiple regions.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience handling high-stakes narratives, launches, or reputation management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to tailor communications for different markets.
