Senior Platform Engineer

.As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will take full ownership of infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform security in a high-scale, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineering and security teams to maintain platform health, scale compute and storage systems, and drive automation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape platform strategy, implement hybrid cloud solutions, and optimize deployment workflows. With a strong focus on ownership, problem-solving, and technical excellence, you will contribute directly to the reliability and security of enterprise-grade systems while advancing your career in a collaborative, remote-friendly setup.
Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, and Azure across compute and AI workloads
- Build, improve, and manage CI/CD pipelines, commit hooks, and monorepo orchestration
- Own platform health, including deployments, rollbacks, monitoring, cost tracking, and security integration
- Collaborate with the SoC and engineering teams to implement alerting, monitoring, and security best practices
- Identify system bottlenecks, scale compute/storage systems, and optimize infrastructure performance
- Define and prioritize platform improvements, backlog items, and roadmap initiatives
- Contribute to hybrid cloud architecture migration for enterprise clients, supporting deployments on private clouds or data centers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or similar role with end-to-end DevOps lifecycle ownership
- Strong infrastructure and DevOps fundamentals beyond tool usage
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS (preferred), Azure, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD tooling
- Comfort working in polyglot monorepo environments (Go, Python, JavaScript) and databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
- Ability to define priorities independently and operate effectively in a remote setup
- Proactive communicator who contributes meaningfully to team discussions
- Willingness to learn and implement cloud security practices, including SIEM/XDR tools like Wazuh and AWS CloudTrail
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and experience with scaling infrastructure and incident management
- Current employment in a product-based organization is preferred
