Role Overview:

Senior Photographer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-quality photo shoots for brand, product, lifestyle, and campaign projects.
• Lead and mentor the photography team and interns, ensuring visual consistency and creative direction.
• Collaborate with the creative and design teams to conceptualize shoots and deliver visually compelling content.
• Manage lighting, composition, and editing for all projects.
• Coordinate with stylists, models, and production teams for seamless shoot execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of final images aligned with brand and client requirements.
• Stay updated on photography trends, styles, and technology to bring fresh creative inputs.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum

  4 years of professional photography experience

  , preferably in a creative agency or production setup.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in

  commercial, product, lifestyle, and portrait photography

• Proficiency with

  Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One

  .
• Good understanding of lighting setups, color grading, and composition.
• Ability to manage shoots end-to-end and lead a small team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
