Senior Photographer

• Plan and execute on-site photoshoots (product, lifestyle, editorial, events) in line with the brand's creative direction.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and branding teams to conceptualize visual stories.
• Operate and maintain professional photography equipment, including lighting setups, cameras, and props.
• Supervise post-production processes: image selection, retouching, color correction, and final delivery.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to junior photographers or assistants.
• Manage logistical aspects of shoots: scheduling, location scouting, permits, and budgeting.
• Ensure that all images meet technical quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a library of photographic assets; organize, archive, and catalogue images.
• Keep abreast of photography trends, new techniques, and emerging tools.
• Build and maintain external partnerships (e.g., retouchers, freelancers) when necessary.
  

• Experience:

  Minimum of 5 years in professional photography (studio, agency, or commercial).

• Education:

  Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.

• Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless camera systems
• Mastery of lighting techniques and studio workflows
• Proficiency in photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom

• Leadership:

  Experience mentoring and leading junior photography talent.

• Project Management:

  Ability to handle multiple shoots, manage time, and work with strict deadlines.

• Attention to Detail:

  Strong eye for composition, color, and visual consistency.

• Creativity:
