Senior Pharmacist

As a Senior Pharmacist at our Vattiyoorkavu based Pharmacy supermarket with multiple locations in Nemom and Peyad, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in retail pharmacy operations, sales leadership, customer service, and team management. Your role will encompass overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience, all while leading a team towards achieving organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include leading and motivating the team to surpass sales targets, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring pharmacy staff, conducting regular team meetings and training sessions, and cultivating a collaborative work environment that fosters motivation and excellence. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer queries effectively, and building strong customer relationships will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will oversee operational excellence by managing inventory, ensuring proper stocking of medicines and retail products, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Adhering to pharmacy regulations and company policies, handling and storing pharmaceutical products correctly, and conducting regular audits to maintain quality standards will be essential for operational compliance. You will also be required to prepare and present sales and operational reports, collaborate with other departments for seamless operations, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. To excel in this role, a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the pharmacy sector, is required. A degree or diploma in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred, along with proven leadership skills, a strong customer focus, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility in working evening shifts and managing both part-time and full-time employees is essential.
