- Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, CPM, CPV, CTR
- Conduct landing page audits
- Run A/B tests and suggest UI/UX improvements
- Improve conversion rates across global markets
- Build testing frameworks for UGC & performance ads
- Provide insights on hooks, formats, and winning creatives
- Work with internal teams for creative requirements
- Develop multi-geo launch and scaling playbooks
- Understand cost behaviours across US, GCC, SEA, Europe
- Efficiently scale large budgets ( INR 3 crore+ monthly)
- Present weekly/monthly performance reviews
- Own performance roadmap for each client
- Work independently with internal stakeholders

- CPM / CPV Efficiency
- Creative Testing Velocity
- Spend Efficiency at Scale
- 5–7 years of performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in TikTok + Meta + YouTube ads
- Managed INR3 crore+ monthly budgets
- Strong analytics, attribution, and GA4 knowledge
- Global market experience (US, Europe, SEA, GCC)
- Experience in CRO and UGC-based performance ads
- Scale ads across four continents
- High autonomy and ownership
- Opportunity to build Mad Influence’s performance vertical from scratch
- Work closely with leadership on strategy and execution
