Senior People Business Partner

As a Senior People Business Partner at Motive, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dedicated department by providing strategic HR services. Your responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for employee queries, executing end-to-end people processes, offering advice to stakeholders, suggesting people solutions for business challenges, maintaining professionalism in addressing concerns, leading difficult conversations, and making data-backed decisions.
