As a Junior Engineer or Engineer in the Quality Control department of a reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company near Vadodara, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards of the products. You should hold a qualification of BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic engineering with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in industries such as Engineering or Plastic. Your key responsibilities will include having knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documents, Non-Conforming (NC) material handling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) analysis, conducting investigations using QC tools, understanding ISO standards, maintenance of log-books, data analysis, and the capability to read and interpret testing protocols. Additionally, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis in a day shift schedule at the company's location. The salary range for this position is between 3.00 to 3.50 Lacs per annum with benefits like Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
