Job Description

You are an experienced Cyber Security Analyst with a strong background in network security, vulnerability management, risk assessment, implementing security best practices, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your main responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and responding to security alerts and incidents using SIEM and other tools - Keeping track of threat feeds and advisories from CERT, NIST, and vendor sources - Writing abuse cases and detection logic as required - Documenting findings, incidents, and preparing regular security reports - Assisting in vulnerability assessments and tracking remediation - Supporting endpoint protection, firewall management, and access control systems - Conducting routine audits of systems and networks for compliance and security gaps - Reviewing access logs and permissions for compliance with least privilege principles - Collaborating with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure configurations and deployments - Staying current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies - Helping maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation - Organizing phishing simulations and awareness campaigns - Providing basic guidance to staff on secure practices and policies Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT - 2+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT security operations Additional Details: This is a full-time position located in Vadodara with office hours from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. The job also offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
