Manager- Vigilance (Investigation)

As a supervisor at Vigilance, your role involves managing day-to-day operations, conducting investigations, overseeing team work, monitoring regulatory compliances, and maintaining various repositories, trackers, and MIS. Key Responsibilities: - Assist and support the HOD Vigilance in developing strategies and processes for activities under Vigilance. - Lead and oversee investigations into frauds, financial irregularities, and other misconduct. - Draft and issue show cause notices. - Maintain the Early Warning System framework for detecting fraudulent activities. - Gather, review, and analyze evidence to identify causes and recommend preventive actions. - Prepare investigation reports with factual findings, conclusions, and suggested disciplinary measures. - Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and guidelines related to fraud detection and reporting. - Develop and implement vigilance policies in line with RBI norms and statutory obligations. - Submit documents, information, and data in response to requests from regulatory authorities. - Prepare annual and quarterly fraud reports for the Board. - Support internal and statutory audits. - Prepare dashboards, trackers, and data repositories related to Vigilance activities. - Ensure adherence to service levels through Key Performance Indicators such as TAT and quality parameters. - Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures for process efficiency. - Work professionally with stakeholders in accordance with organizational values. - Conduct risk assessment and control of fraud detection and prevention strategies. - Understand business direction, trends, and operating environment changes. - Use interview techniques to question individuals about matters under investigation. - Coordinate with various functions such as Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Collection departments. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of fraud trends, tools, and techniques to combat document/technical frauds. - Chartered Accountant certification. - Certification in Fraud (CFE).,
