What you'll do

Design end-to-end
case life cycles, stages/steps, flows, and sub-cases
using App Studio/Dev Studio.
Build high-quality rules:
data pages, data transforms, activities, when/declare rules, decision tables/trees, reports
.
Integrate with enterprise systems (
REST/SOAP, OAuth2/SSO, MQ/Kafka
, file/BIX where needed).
Use
queue processors, job schedulers, agents
for background processing.
Enforce
guardrails
, reusable components, and branching strategies; conduct
peer reviews
and PRs.
Diagnose/optimize with
PAL, Tracer, Log Analyzer, AES/PDC
; drive NFRs (performance, resiliency, security).
Contribute to
CI/CD
(Git/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), versioning, and deployment pipelines.
Work in
Agile/Scrum
; partner with BAs/QAs/Architects; mentor 24 developers.

Must-have qualifications

812 years
total with
5+ years hands-on Pega PRPC (v8.3+)
; strong
OOP & design patterns
.
Pega CSA & CSSA (mandatory).
Built
2+ end-to-end implementations
in production (case design go-live).
Deep knowledge of
case design, integrations, data model, security/access
, and
PegaUnit
tests.
Solid experience with
guardrail compliance
and
performance tuning
on large datasets.
