Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping through development, testing, and launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Market & Customer Insights:
Conduct competitive analysis and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
Team Leadership & Development:
Mentor and lead a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial & Performance Accountability:
Own product P&L, set KPIs, and track product performance to ensure business impact and ROI.
Process Optimization:
Drive process improvements and establish best practices for product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
