Senior Payroll Specialist

As part of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing process improvements. Additionally, you will be expected to handle any other tasks assigned or required for the role. This is a rewarding fixed-term contract (FTC) lasting 8 months, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable with this duration. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy are crucial. You should also be able to think critically and logically, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and collaborate with various stakeholders including HR, Finance, and external providers. The role requires you to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Workday would be a plus.
