ABOUT THE TEAM
The UK Partnerships team, part of the Member Accession Marketing function, plays a crucial role in Tide s growth strategy by acquiring new members through strategic partnerships across sectors such as accountancy, financial services, and business communities.
This role will be dedicated to supporting the UK Partnerships team, ensuring partnerships run smoothly through strong administrative support, internal coordination, and operational oversight.
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Partner Admin Support:

    Provide day-to-day administrative support to the UK Partnerships team, ensuring smooth running of partnership administrative operations.
  • Partner Invoicing Commission Reports:

    Prepare regular commission reports for UK partners. Manage partner-related invoices, processing, track approvals and manage invoice queries.
  • Partner Due Diligence

    : Complete partner due-diligence reviews and maintain our annual due diligence review process for partners, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Confluence TCs Oversight

    : Regularly review and maintain key Confluence page inventories (including partner terms pages) + logging and maintaining of team standard operating procedures
  • MS-Level-2 Support

    : Provide second-line support to Member Support for partner-related queries (training provided).
  • Data Reporting

    : Build and maintain Looker reports for tracking newly onboarded partners and measuring engagement.
  • CRM System maintenance:

    Ongoing audit maintenance of partner CRM system, ensuring partner information is up to date and accurate.
  • Partner Onboarding Support:

    Support with partner onboarding tasks, ensuring new partners are onboarded accurately and promptly.
  • Partner Support

    : Provide ad-hoc support to partners and partner initiatives as and when required.
  • Team Support:

    Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the wider Partnerships team inline with team requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with admin-heavy tasks and process documentation.
  • Proactive communicator who flags risks, tensions, or opportunities early.
  • Willingness to learn internal tools like Confluence, Looker, and Salesforce (training provided).
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Confident managing inboxes, documents, and partner communications.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft and Google softwares including Gsheets Slides.
