Job Description

Role Overview: At Tide, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our UK Partnerships team as a Partner Admin Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of partnership administrative operations and supporting the team in acquiring new members through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the UK Partnerships team, ensuring partnerships run smoothly. - Triage and filter emails from the partnerships@tide.co inbox, respond timely, flag high-priority items, and escalate when necessary. - Prepare regular commission reports for UK partners, manage partner-related invoices, track approvals, and handle invoice queries. - Complete partner due-diligence reviews, maintain the annual due diligence review process, and ensure compliance and documentation accuracy. - Regularly review and maintain key Confluence page inventories, including partner terms pages, and log and maintain team standard operating procedures. - Provide second-line support to Member Support for partner-related queries. - Build and maintain Looker reports for tracking newly onboarded partners and measuring engagement. - Audit and maintain partner CRM system, ensuring partner information is up to date and accurate. - Support with partner onboarding tasks to ensure new partners are onboarded accurately and promptly. - Provide ad-hoc support to partners and partner initiatives as required. - Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the wider Partnerships team as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable with admin-heavy tasks and process documentation. - Proactive communicator who can flag risks, tensions, or opportunities early. - Willingness to learn internal tools like Confluence, Looker, and Salesforce (training provided). - Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude. - Confident managing inboxes, documents, and partner communications. - Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient with Microsoft and Google softwares including Gsheets & Slides.
