Senior Partnership Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of partnership solutions. Conducting market research to identify emerging product opportunities and trends will be a key part of your role. Providing operational support in optimizing partnership processes and coordinating between lender and merchants will also be crucial. Your stakeholder management skills will be put to the test as you handle any potential conflicts arising between parties. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution - Conduct market research to identify emerging product opportunities and trends - Provide essential support in optimizing partnership processes - Coordinate between lender and merchants on a day to day basis and handle conflicts amicably Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to derive insights from data - Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: This role is based in Mumbai, India.
