As a Senior Partner - First Private at IDFC FIRST Bank, your role involves nurturing and managing end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by the bank. Your primary responsibilities include providing a seamless banking experience from both product and interpersonal perspectives, achieving high customer satisfaction scores, and acquiring customers through various channels such as natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources, existing branch, and digital networks. Your secondary responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining a high relationship management orientation, focusing on service delivery, and being execution-oriented to achieve results. Additionally, you will be responsible for team development, ensuring adequate staffing, and target achievement of team members. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships - Provide seamless banking experience - Achieve high customer satisfaction scores - Acquire customers through various channels - Ensure regulatory compliance - Maintain high relationship management orientation - Focus on service delivery - Achieve results through execution - Develop and lead the team - Ensure adequate staffing - Achieve target goals for team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Previous experience in retail banking or wealth management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to achieve targets and goals In this role, you are expected to manage a Total Relationship Value (TRV) of 150 to 200 Crs and an Asset Under Management (AUM) of 100 to 150 Crs. Success in this position will be measured by meeting AUM targets, revenue targets, and acquiring new wealth customers.,
