Senior Operations Manager(Nursing Manager)

Role & responsibilities

Qualification: GNM/BSc Nursing(from school recognized by Indian Nursing Council), Certificate / Diploma in management will be an advantage. Nursing council registration is mandatory. Or Biomedical engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs. In reputed Home care, in Operations.

Managed team of 30 - 50 Nurses, and other paramedical staff

Job Profile:

Manage team Nursing Coordinators and be directly responsible for quality of care and service continuity of Nursing and Nursing Attender patients in Mumbai.

SPOC with Hospital, Consultant, patient, Patient relatives for providing precise care

Guiding and training the team for technical and soft skills

Leading and managing nursing and allied staff by creating schedules, offering advice, and answering any health-related questions

Taking daily report from the onsite staff about patient well-being, and updating to the relatives, consultant

Anticipating challenges in patient health and updating to the relatives and consultant on time

Creating cordial relations with referring community like Consultants, Hospitals, Nursing homes

Continuous Training the team on various medical topics and procedures, on regular basis as decided by the management

Site visit at Hospital and Patient home for assessment and signing the contract with the patient.

Maintaining and archiving patient data

Job type: Full time, Office work 50%, Client site 50%

Skills Required:

Managerial skills, should be able to lead and manage a large team.

Soft skills, soft spoken, with strong communication skills and pleasing personality

Trainer, Should be able to train staff on technical, professional and soft skills

Languages

Minimum requirement, ability to read, write and speak in Hindi, and English. Speaking ability in any other Indian language will be an added advantage.
