Senior Operations Manager

Position : Senior Operations Manager (E-commerce Brands)
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 20) | Office-based
Salary: ₹30,000-₹50,000 in hand
Experience: 3-6 years preferred

⚠ Important Note:
We are primarily looking for candidates who have worked with e-commerce brands (D2C / online-first brands).
Profiles with only warehouse, factory, or pure logistics company experience may not be the right fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders end-to-end (order processing, dispatch readiness)
• Coordinate with logistics partners
• Handle reconciliation of orders, deliveries, COD and settlements
• Close commercials with logistics partners
• Maintain daily operational trackers and reports in Excel
• Manage high daily order volumes and resolve delivery-related issues

Requirements

• Experience working with e-commerce brands (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of online order processing
• Hands-on experience coordinating with logistics partners
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Comfortable handling high-volume orders
• Willing to work from office (Gurgaon)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
