Senior Operations Executive – Delhi NCR (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Dispatch Management
• Oversee daily operations of the Noida warehouse including stock inward/outward, dispatches, and packaging
• Implement inventory tracking and reporting systems in coordination with the Pune HO
• E-commerce Coordination
• Support Amazon and Flipkart operations including order processing, return management, and dispatch coordination
• Liaise with Pune team for listing updates, stock management, and pricing support
• Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and manage junior warehouse or packaging staff as needed
• Ensure quality control and efficient handling of daily tasks
• Client & Supplier Interaction
• Visit NCR-based distributors, suppliers, and clients for relationship management, order follow-ups, or operational coordination
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and factory visits
• Reporting & Communication
• Provide daily reports to the Pune head office including operations status, inventory, and dispatch performance
• Use tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email for documentation and coordination

✅ Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or e-commerce
• Strong knowledge of dispatch workflows, courier systems, and B2B coordination
• Comfortable with frequent travel within NCR for field visits
• Proficient in basic computer tools – Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email
• Self-driven, trustworthy, and capable of independently handling day-to-day responsibilities
