Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram as a Senior Operational Excellence Consultant at EFESO Consulting India. The consultant will be responsible for shaping operational strategies, driving flawless execution, and optimizing value chains. This role allows for some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Operational Strategy Development and Execution skills Experience in optimizing value chains and refining day-to-day operations Strong Data Analysis and Presentation skills Project Management and Change Management skills Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies are a plus Show more Show less
