Senior Operational cum Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Operational cum Program Manager to lead multiple national-level initiatives focused on strengthening research and innovation ecosystems across India.
This role will involve developing and managing Catalyst Centres, implementing Accredited Catalyst Centres, driving cluster collaborations, and enhancing Ambassador engagement nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be a woman leader with a strong academic background in Science or Engineering, 4–8 years of operational experience, and a proven record of implementing large-scale projects across diverse regions of India. The position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable program growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Catalyst Centre initiative.
• Oversee the accreditation and implementation process for Accredited Catalyst Centres.
• Foster regional cluster collaborations to encourage resource sharing and institutional synergy.
• Drive Ambassador engagement programs to enhance grassroots participation and outreach.
• Develop and implement operational frameworks, SOPs, and monitoring systems for effective governance.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes.
• Provide progress reports, risk assessments, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory: Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Preferred: Science/Engineering degree with MBA (Management / Operations / Strategy).
• 4–8 years of proven experience in operations and project implementation across India.
• Strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in executing large-scale programs with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainable growth in science and research ecosystems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
