Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Operation Manager role located in Kochi. The Senior Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production processes, optimizing workflow efficiency, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring quality control. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage production & on-site execution ✅ Oversee manpower planning & technician hiring ✅ Ensure quality control & timely delivery ✅ Handle inventory & material planning ✅ Administer day-to-day operations at factory & site ✅ Coordinate with design, procurement & site teams ✅ Hiring technitians and other workers.
