Job Description

As a Manager at our health care facility, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient delivery of patient care. Your background in health care administration, team leadership, compliance, and quality improvement will be invaluable in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations across departments for efficient patient care delivery. - Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative and clinical staff. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred). - Minimum 5 years of management experience in a health care setting. - Proven leadership and organizational skills. - Strong understanding of health care regulations and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's in Health Administration (MHA), MBA in Health Care Management, or related field. - Certification in health care management. - Experience in managing multi-specialty or large-scale facilities.
