Job Title: Senior OIM Developer

Job type : Hybrid, Full time

Job Locations: Pune / Bengaluru / Bhopal

Minimum 5 years or 5+experience required.

🔹 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

The job holder is responsible for providing lead analysis, development and

support primarily around the IDM platform, with potential to work on other

systems

 Dealing with day-to-day production problems & maintenance, providing L3

support as required.

 Managing and delivering a pipeline of small change work items through all

stages of the IT lifecycle

o Requirements Capture and documenting

o Development to standards

o Testing including regression testing

o Packaging and deploying

 Mentoring FD L2 support resources and providing handover for changes.

 Analysis of the business data and process requirements to support IDM

platform processing, including data requirements / dependencies.

 Undertaking IDM platform design & development change activities.

 Advising on implementation approach for IDM platform related projects.

 Conduct IDM platform systems testing and support user acceptance testing

 Putting together release plan & promoting changes to IDM platform

controlled environments (UAT, PROD).

This role may require working shift hours such as earlier starts and being on-call

out of normal working hours, including weekends.
