Senior Officer

Our client is leading fund management company with presence in India, UAE and Mauritius.

Experience:

Location -Gift City, Gandhinagar (5 days working)

- Countec checking the monthly NAV of the collective investment schemes and /or closed end hands (the "Funds") managed by the Company.

- Daily valuation of the investments managed by the Company.

- Managing the accounts of the Company and the respective database on PFS Paxus

- Liasioning with directors of the Company in relation to non-binding advice received from the sub

- Liasioning and interacting which brokers empaneled by the Funds in India for order execution, modification and other reason as may be required from time to time.

- Liasioning with independent auditors of the Company.

- Liasioning with independent of the Funds.

- Reviewing accounts of the Company.

- Preparing the MIS of the Company.

- Assisting as required on maters related to the regulatory and compliance reporting of the Company and the Funds.

- Liasioning with bankers and custodians of the Funds.

- Dealing with any other general matter relating to the Company as may be required from time to time.
