Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring of compliance of Maintenance standard operation procedure in Utility equipments
• Responsible for ensuring timely entry of KPIs & Other utility reports
• Responsible for ensuring implementation of power/ stream/water saving ideas.
• Responsible for ensuring and maintain fuel qty
• Responsible for helping the production supervisor to Achieving production targets as per the norms.
• Responsible for ensuring online documentation, Online SAP Activity.
• Responsible for EDMS and DCM Related activity.
• Implementation of EHS SOPs. Schedule & monitor Audit Plans.
• Meeting cGMP requirement as per various regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and improve productivity of men and machines. Work distribution in Utility area.
• Training & Development of employees. Maintaining cordial and good industrial relations
• Communication & follow up with Personnel for compliance.
• Completing the training assigned as per the training need identified by participating in trainings organized or self-reading.
• To support the internal audit/Regulatory/FDA audit with best of practices.
• To follow the procedure of good documentation and recording of result as per SOP.
• To maintain the safety procedure in handling analytical equipment and hazards.
• Meeting cGMP requirement as per various regulatory requirements.
• Headcount: Total workmen working in engineering department.
• Handling of SAP HANA related activity.
